What is your Shipping and Return Policy?

Shipping & Delivery:

Orders are processed within 24 hours and delivered nationwide across Pakistan within an estimated 6 to 9 working days. While we endeavor to meet these timelines, please be advised that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally lead to delays.

Returns & Exchanges:

Damaged? We'll replace it –no extra cost. Just email sales@candlecompany.pk with pictures and your order id. For other exchanges, items must be unused, and standard shipping fees apply for both sending and new delivery.

Refund Policy:No refunds, but peace of mind. If we can't deliver after your advance payment, you get a full refund.
