- Let the candle burn until the wax pool reaches the edges of the container. This prevents tunneling.
- Before each relighting, carefully trim the wick. This promotes an even burn and prevents excessive smoking.
- Keep your candle away from moving air, such as open windows or fans, as this can cause uneven burning and excessive flickering.
- Stop using the candle when approximately 1/4 inch of wax remains at the bottom.
- Avoid using candles in large open spaces as this affects the scent coverage.

Orders are processed within 24 hours and delivered nationwide across Pakistan within an estimated 6 to 9 working days. While we endeavor to meet these timelines, please be advised that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally lead to delays.
Returns & Exchanges:
Damaged? We'll replace it – no extra cost. Just email sales@candlecompany.pk with pictures and your order id. For other exchanges, items must be unused, and standard shipping fees apply for both sending and new delivery.

No refunds, but peace of mind. If we can't deliver after your advance payment, you get a full refund.
