• Let the candle burn until the wax pool reaches the edges of the container. This prevents tunneling.
• Before each relighting, carefully trim the wick. This promotes an even burn and prevents excessive smoking.
• Keep your candle away from moving air, such as open windows or fans, as this can cause uneven burning and excessive flickering.
• Stop using the candle when approximately 1/4 inch of wax remains at the bottom.
• Avoid using candles in large open spaces as this affects the scent coverage.

Returns & Exchanges:
Damaged? We'll replace it – no extra cost. Just email sales@candlecompany.pk with pictures and your order id. For other exchanges, items must be unused, and standard shipping fees apply for both sending and new delivery.

Refund Policy:
No refunds, but peace of mind. If we can't deliver after your advance payment, you get a full refund.

• Never leave a burning candle unattended.
• Keep candles out of reach of children and pets.
• Before relighting, extinguish the candle and clean the jar if needed.
• Gently wipe the glass with a damp cloth to remove dust and fingerprints.
